Repeat guests——This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Great location. So quiet. The house is well appointed with nice amenities.

This place was a great stop for our one night stay on our way to Oregon. Was clean, well appointed and in a good location. Check in was easy and the host were very communicative. We would definitely rent this house again.

My boyfriend and I came to Reno for a wedding and decided to stay here and it was definitely the right decision. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Check in was super simple. When walking in we were greeted by soft music playing, a pristine house, and beautiful views. Additionally the bathrooms were stocked with mini toiletries as well as makeup wipes, face masks, and eye masks. As someone who loves skincare I was very excited! Im honestly sad I was not able to stay longer. And finally, checking out was just as easy as checking in. Thank you so much for having us! I’d highly recommend staying here, it’s worth every penny!

We loved staying at Ginny’s place! Our daughter plays volleyball. We come to Reno ones a year and this the first house we felt comfortable in as a big family. I would definitely recommend this home and we’ll be back next year.

Very safe and quiet neighborhood. We never needed to contact host. We did run into co-host when we got there. He lives across the street. All instructions were clear. Very nice stay. Didn't notice in pictures, but there are 3 steps inside the door to the main level. Very close to Summit Mall. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We were very comfortable. Bed was great. Kitchen was well equipped. We would stay here again.

Spacious place on the patio. Very warm welcome from Mike and Lauren as they had a welcome sign with my name on it! We loved it!

We had an awesome time! Ideen was a great host, super friendly, responsive, and provided a ton of great recommendations. We appreciated the finer touches of pet toys/treats, robes for the hot tub, plenty of cookware, and wood for the fire. The location was excellent, with quick access to Truckee and Northstar. The place was perfect for our getaway, we really enjoyed our time at the house and in the hot tub. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

I worked / lived in the Reno-Sparks area for 10 years before moving to Salt Lake City, UT. Have been here for 32 years . I knew about the Marina , but wasn't aware of the building that has happened . This trip was for business . We are a the band "Salzburger Echo" that travels a fair amount and to be able to stay in a house is always the best option. It worked out fantastic.

Absolutely loved staying there. My girlfriend's and I made great memories and would do it all again! Peaceful and lovely.
